Mandate
and constution of Republik of Indonesia , in the article mentoned that “ The
poor and neglected children maintained by in the state” . Means that if the territory
of the Republik of Indonesia there are citizens who illive in poverty, than it
bicomes the state”s obligation to make its citizens prosperous and lifted from
the chackles of poverty.
But
what happened this beloved country , is contradictory of the mandate of the
constution of 45, we see with the naked eye, how the treatment of the poor
countries, how many hundreds of thousands of people displaced , becouse their
land does not have a letter issued by the state , there are many street vendors
who had to be evicted by the stall “lapaknya” and forcibly transported by
municipal “Satpol PP” and TIBUM just becouse the rood will go trougha huge
market place state officials or just visiting state guest there of course the
goal is only because the government embarassment and cover UP the truth but if
we want realistic,any thing as rich as any country there musbe a group of rich
and poor , because they were “ Sunnatullah”.
God
created the rich so that they know and wont to give thank because God has given
wealth to them.
The
Qur’an has narrated, how Qorun , God tried his fortune, because he did not wont
to be gratefull an do not care about people around him,then God gives punisment
to Qorun, by way of immersed with their poussessions , into the ground.
God
created the poor in order to give of his property rich so the rich to be
rewarded while poor God tested with paced live draw back to note the extent to
wich the patience of the poor againts the decree of Allah
Mentoned
in the Qur’an verses that guide richt haur to treat their possessions “ take
their charity as sodaqoh and to purify their property and prayed to them, be
hold yau prayer , bringing peace for them (those wo tithe)
Alleviating poverty
by Zakat Infaq Shodaqoh
There
is a most ideal according to Islam , how to eradicate poverty, Allah says “verily
sodaqoh to faqir , poor……

With
Charity
Zakat
or property (Maal) in the sciense of jurisprodence average of 2,5 % means that
1/40 of the trasuresof the rich is the treasure, of the poor, if there’s 40
richest people in Indonesia and the Moslem , it means that a part of this wealth
belongs to the pooor , if any Muslim willing and able to set aside 2.5 % of
their wealth to Zakat hopefully in less thans years will poor.
I
will give illustrations of each year apaling easy and can be implemented ,
namely by empowering Zakat the Hajj Travel Expended, if Muslems whom perform.
The Hajj every year, 200.000,- (Two hundred thousand ) people, then multiplied
by BPIH aproximatek 32 Million ( thirty two million)
Multipled
by 2,5 % then will we find the numbers Rp. 160.0000.0000.000,- ( one hundred
and sixty billion) per year plus not to mention the people who perform Umroh
every year may be able to obtain the value of Zakat whict is fantastic.

With Infaq
And Shodaqoh
Shodaqoh
, Infaq true and it is almost the same sense of providing some useful property
for the benefit however is by its nature Infaq and Sodaqoh and practice the
sunnah that is Voluntary not like provisions of Zakat , if only half of wealty
Muslim .
Shodaqoh
and Infaq , after her regular charity than less than 4 years, of the poor will
empowering.

By Providing Interest Free Loans
It
is not possible or possible only gaverment can alleviate poverty by providing
stream of income without ancouraging poor. For productive activities , if we
just give money, than any number of outcomes could merely make the faqir and poor
survival for one or two months. But by providing loans without charging
connection, then an courage them to engage in activities that are productive ,
God willing , within a resonable time than the faqir and the poor get out of
the sheckles of poverty .
The
thing that I made above was carried out by
Nobel laureate from Bangladesh (Muhammad Yunus) who has been to reduce
poverty by establishing “the Grameen Bank” (Bank of Poor).
